MedSpa Partners Completes Acquisition of DLK on Avenue

MedSpa Partners Inc. has completed the acquisition of DLK on Avenue, Canada’s premiere state-of-the-art skin care facility delivering the highest standard of clinically effective, medically directed skin care treatments. DLK on Avenue features a highly trained team of onsite medical experts led by Dr. Lisa Kellett, one of Canada’s leading dermatologists. MedSpa Partners is a portfolio company of Persistence Capital Partners, Canada’s leading private equity fund exclusively focused on high-growth opportunities in the healthcare field, and acquired DLK on Avenue as part of its strategy of adding Canada’s top-tier medical aesthetics clinics to its platform.
