Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. Completes C$32 Million Private Placement and Commences Trading on Neo Exchange Inc.

Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc., a neuro-pharmaceutical company that discovers, develops and deploys psychedelic inspired medicines to improve health, promote wellness and alleviate suffering, commenced trading on the Neo Exchange Inc. under the symbol “MMED” on March 3, 2020.

In advance of listing, MindMed completed a reverse takeover transaction (“RTO”) with a public vehicle and completed a combined brokered private placement offering led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and a non-brokered private placement offering for aggregate gross proceeds of over C$32 million.
