Wildeboer Dellelce Represents Caldas Gold Corp. in $50 Million Private Placement Offering

Caldas Gold Corp. (TSX-V: CGC) (OTCQX: ALLXF), a Canadian junior mining company currently advancing a major expansion and modernization of its underground mining operations at its Marmato Project in Colombia, completed a bought deal private placement offering of 22,222,222 Special Warrants at a price of CA$2.25 per Special Warrant, for aggregate gross proceeds of CA$50,000,000. Each Special Warrant entitles the holder to receive one unit of Caldas Gold upon the exercise, with each unit comprising one common share and one common share purchase warrant; each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional common share of Caldas until July 29, 2025 at a price of CA$2.75 per common share. Caldas Gold intends to file a (final) short form prospectus to qualify the distribution of the common shares and warrants underlying the Special Warrants. The Offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Scotiabank and Canaccord Genuity Corp.
