Original Fresh Restaurants and Remaining Minority Interest in Fresh Acquired by Recipe Unlimited Corporation

Fresh Restaurants, Canada's largest iconic plant-based restaurant brand, announced that Recipe Unlimited Corporation, Canada’s largest full-service restaurant company, acquired 100% of Plant Powered Ventures Ltd. and the remaining 15% minority interest in Fresh Since 1999. Plant Powered Ventures Ltd. develops and operates the original five Fresh-branded plant-based restaurants in Ontario.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP represented the selling shareholders of Plant Powered Ventures Ltd. and Fresh Since 1999 in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Troy Pocaluyko, Jeff Bookman, Mark Coghlan and Jeff Arnold (Corporate), and Katy Pitch (Tax).
