Clean Water Works Acquired by Capital Infrastructure Group

Market Square, a Toronto-based private equity firm, completed the sale of all the issued and outstanding shares of Clean Water Works Inc. to Capital Infrastructure Group. Clean Water Works is a sewer inspection and rehabilitation company with customers in Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick.
