The Well Told Company Inc. Completes Private Placement of Convertible Debenture Units

The Well Told Company Inc. (TSXV: WLCO), a female-founded wellness company that offers plant based supplements, remedies, and other functional wellness products completed a private placement of 1,275 debenture units at a price of $1,000 per debenture unit for gross proceeds of $1,275,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and including Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. and Richardson Wealth Limited (the “Agents”).

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the Agents in connection with the Offering with a team comprised of Sanjeev Patel and Natalie Tershakowec (corporate/securities).
